The Founder Members of Sasaram mooted the idea of opening an English Medium School at Sasaram in the year 1976. The District Magistrate of Rohtas Sri S.N.P.N. Sinha IAS was also inspired by the members. This school was established on 14th January 1976 which was later registered under Indian Societies Registration Act. XXI of 1860 No. 58/1984/85. The School is managed by the honorary members of the society with the motto "We Serve."

Our primary idea to develop the child by imparting education is the need of the time, which is being fulfilled under the motto. "Help us to help your child". The school feels that without the support of parents, the development of child can not take place, so the involvement of parents/ guardians is indispensable in developing the personality of the students.

The School is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. Under 10+2 curriculum, The School Code No. is 65025 and the affiliation No. is 330025. It has modern building, laboratories, rich library, facilities for outdoor and indoor games & sports and computer sections etc. which are managed by the efficient and highly qualified teachers of the school. The educational environment and the discipline of the school is praiseworthy. It has been producing eminent scholars, sportsmen and persons of repute ifs Inception.
